This program is being sponsored by Sleepy Hollow Golf Course. and will
be conducted by Scott Johnson a US Golf Teacher Federation
Instructor. In order to keep the cost down it will be expected that parents
volunteer at least one day of the program to help supervise students on
the course. On the first day all parents will be expected to attend a short
meeting for the purpose of volunteer sign up and review of the program
procedures.
Instruction will include the following:
- Course Etiquette
- Rules of the Game
- Full Swing
- Chipping
- Putting
- Driving Range
- Course Playing
- Tournament Round / Award Barbecue
The cost for the program will be $125.00, which will include the use of
clubs and course facility use during the hours of the program, as well as
other items that student will receive throughout the program. Enrollment
is limited to 10 students so sign up early. Application can be obtained at
Sleepy Hollow Golf Course, or by calling 376-5948 or eth@gci.net.
